Return Policy

At this time we do not give refunds on any product orders.
However, in the event that you received the wrong product, we will gladly correct the problem and replace it with the original item that you ordered.

If we made an error in the fulfillment of your order (e.g. you received an item you did not order) please make sure to email us at dramaticallyrealyou@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your name, invoice number as well as a detailed explanation of the issue. One of our customer service representative will be in touch with you within 1-2 business days to help fix the problem.

We will need the incorrect item returned to us in new, sealed and unused condition at the address below:

If you do not contact us within 48 hours, we will not be responsible for the items.

*We reserve the right not to accept certain damaged items. We have no control of the weather. Please do not leave lipstick in direct heat for a long period of time as this may cause it to melt.

Order Cancellations

In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it is placed. However, in some instances, you may be able to return your items to us once you receive them, in exchange for another product. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Items must be unused with seals intact. We will not accept any exchanges that are unsealed and/or used.
We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. All sales are final.
