If we made an error in the fulfillment of your order (e.g. you received an item you did not order) please make sure to email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your name, invoice number as well as a detailed explanation of the issue. One of our customer service representative will be in touch with you within 1-2 business days to help fix the problem.
