What is our return policy?

We will gladly accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. Items
must be unused with seals intact. We will not accept any exchanges that are
unsealed and/or used. We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any
reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. A small fee will be
invoiced to you to mail the exchanged item back to you. We do not give refunds
or credits. All sales are final.

How is my order processed?

All orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours only,
Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday,
Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next
business day. Orders placed by 1pm Eastern time will be processed that day.
Orders placed after 1pm Eastern time will be processed the next day.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship Internationally/Worldwide. We also ship to AFO/FPO addresses. All
shipments to International, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS.
Please be sure your military address is complete and correct. Due to military
handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card and PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal
allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account
balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information.
Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid
delays.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to your website?

We respect your privacy. The information you provide will not be given to any
third party and will remain secure.

Are your products tested on animals?

Definitely not! Dramatically Real is committed to making products that are cruelty
free and not tested on animals.

How do I check on or contact someone about an order I have placed?

For questions regarding the status of your order, or any other questions, please

What if my order is incorrect or is missing an item?

While we try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, sometimes
human errors can occur in fulfilling an order. If we made an error in the fulfillment
of your order (e.g. you received an item you did not order) please make sure to
email us at dramaticallyrealyou@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
Include your name, invoice number as well as a detailed explanation of the issue.
One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you within 1-2
business days to help fix the problem.
We will need the incorrect item returned to us in new, sealed and unused
condition at the address listed on our website.

If you do not contact us within 48 hours, we will not be responsible for the items.

*We reserve the right not to accept certain damaged items. We have no control
of the weather. Please do not leave lipstick in direct heat for a long period of time
as this may cause it to melt.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your
order cannot be canceled or modified once it is placed. However, you may be
able to return your items to us once you receive them. You will be responsible for
the return shipping cost.

Is there anywhere else I can go to purchase your products?

At this time our online store is the primary venue for selling our items.

Would you like to carry Dramatically Real in your store?

Feel free to write us via email with any specific questions and requests regarding
possible opportunities for the wholesale, resale and distribution of our products.

Am I able to place sample orders of your products?

Yes! In order to place sample orders of our products, you will need to enroll in
our Dramatically Real You Membership. You pay a onetime –annual fee of $75
which allows you to purchase samples of select products at half price for one
year; as long as supplies last. These products are the exact same quality and
content of our other products, however they have been packaged slightly
different and are not to be sold from retail venues. Some restrictions may apply.
*Please note that all orders are subject to availability based on production and in
some cases you may experience longer wait time on shipping.
We do not give refunds on any sample products. All sample purchases are final.

How can I donate to your charity?

Dramatically Real is a for-profit company with giving at its core.
When you purchase an item from us, we donate $1 of the proceeds from each
item to charity. This is done on a quarterly basis. The charity is predetermined
bi-annually which will be displayed on our website.
